Going Down Under…ON SALE! 4 days…Illex Kinni

LAST  4 days  to pay
$100.00  for   Mens & Womens
Leather boots/Shoes  All Styles

dievca is still in the (slow) process of clearing her closets.  she got to the boots section and had a very hard time getting rid of any pair. NYC is a “Boot” city — because boots are practical and easy for walking the City and they usually hold up well under duress.

That being said, dievca doesn’t need any more boots….Really….she is good.

Sigh~

So why does she lust over these Australian Boots every time they have a sale?
she already owns a similar pair….

Probably because she bought her pair in the US and didn’t know that the other pair was available until 2 years later….and she hates that she didn’t have a choice.

Well now that I have to pay a $500 deductible to my insurance company to cover the damage to my car from last week’s accident, I’m tapped out. So many way I could have spent $500. Clothes and shoes would have been nice.

Oh, Elle, what a serious bummer. Snow can be treacherous! I am assuming that no one was hurt. Argh!

I hit a patch of ice on a side road coming home from work on Wednesday and hit into the curb with my right front tire. Was hoping it was just a tire and rim replacement, but it turns out it damaged the strut and axle. Yesterday’s estimate was a little over $3000 so we put in a claim. Thank goodness I used our insurance company’s roadside assistance so it’s all on record. A good Samaritan stayed with me while I waited for the tow and even drove me to the dealer. She and I deemed the tow driver “creepy” and she wouldn’t let me ride with him. She even called Coach while I was on hold with the insurance company. Lovely woman.
