Coffee, heat, Jury Duty, ships~

It’s going to be warm and humid in NYC the next couple of days. It looks like the Southwest is going to be REALLY toasty, too. but its a dry heat ~ she whines
dievca has planned a leisurely coffee before working the morning and then a jaunt to Jury Duty….she has to defer, as she is leaving for Europe later this week. The travel? It’s mostly work and a bit of pleasure. Master has returned from the West Coast, did a quick hit with dievca, then took off for Europe. Master and dievca will be ships passing in the night.

No dry heat in the southwest where I’m at, it’s monsoon season and we have humidity. It feels like I’m back home in the Midwest. Have a safe trip.

Thank you! I am here. Ready for this….Scandinavia has humidity, right now, too… 30 C (86 F) and humidity for next week with no air condition….Joy~

My Mother loves Bruge (me, too) – but my Dutch friend tells me that it is a town of facades. Those lovely buildings are just fronts – like an Western set in Hollywood. (OK, not exactly that – but built later than they look.)
