A NYC RetreatPosted: August 30, 2020
So, at the end of June, Governors Island wasn’t opened to the public. The National Park and Collective Retreats were still out of reach by three days for dievca’s annual ‘Glamping” trip. The organization offered a reschedule and since dievca wasn’t heading to Europe for work, she was able to schedule for this weekend.
Typically to dievca’s luck, she scheduled during Hurricane Laura (last year’s Hurricane Dorian rocked the heck out of her tent) – but this year it ended up absolutely lovely. (And dievca is sure that the Wedding Party hosted at Collective Retreats this Saturday couldn’t be happier. Good for them- a nice group of Millenials.)
As she is writing this blog post – she’s sitting on the “porch” of a raised tent, sipping a rosé, watching the sun go down. There may be s’mores at 8:15 pm. Doesn’t matter, she is completely relaxed and chill.
May you be relaxed and chill in the near future, too.
Sending you love and a final look, Your dievča
