Al fresco dining – NYC – something of usePosted: November 13, 2020
So, you are looking to got out to eat in NYC. The options are 25% interior seating or al fresco. Outdoors it is!
- What is the weather?
- What time are you eating? Is there sunlight?
- Are you in a garden or on the street?
- Are you in your own separate pod via plexiglass?
- Does the restaurant offer outdoor heaters?
Choosing something to wear shouldn’t be too hard, right?
It’s the middle of November, so dievca suggests layers. This might not be the season to wear your cutest dress with peep-toe shoes. Some form of leg covering pants/tights/leggings and toe covering shoes would be a good start. Add a long-sleeved tee, fleece or sweater, scarf, hat, and long down jacket for a blanket or a cover.
One item that dievca suggests which she doesn’t own…yet…is fingerless gloves.
(Is anyone else having a flashback to Madonna’s ‘Like A Virgin’ lace fingerless gloves?)
Something thicker than lace would work best. dievca is going for cashmere. XO
