dievca is a huge fan of Baggu Bags and has used a couple of them until they actually wore out! She’ll replace them at some point, but as a change of pace – she ran into these recycled taffeta, embroidered totes:
The typical American family uses 1,500 plastic bags every year. But thanks to designer Lauren DiCioccio, you can cut down on waste and look really cool doing it. Her funky embroidered fabric bag was inspired by San Francisco’s 2007 plastic bag ban. She keeps the same cheerful “thank you” messages on each bag, but uses recycled taffeta instead of plastic. Take one out next time you’re shopping or offer one as a gift to pass along the Earth-loving vibes. They (the family/friends or Host/Hostess) can reuse and reduce ‘til it wears out. Made in San Francisco.
100% Recycled Polyester Taffeta Fabric Bag, Polyester Thread
20″ L x 13″ H
Machine wash, spot treat stains with stain stick or similar spray and wash, hang to dry
Less expensive and more practical than the Alexander Wang Rhinestone Bag version!
In honor of dievca almost finishing her Grand Jury Term, she ran into a simulacrum of the money rolls she heard about in Court Room. At $4995.00 a pop, she imagines that a number of glassine envelopes filled with whatever, would need to be sold to buy the bag. Too bad it has sold out…
The Limited edition Judith Leiber x Alexander Wang bag was designed to resemble a roll of hundred-dollar bills. Made of over 10,263 Swarovski Austrian crystals in black, gunmetal, green, and clear-Hand beaded by one artisan. It was enclosed with an industrial rubber band and had a removable chain shoulder strap.
dievca’s sense of humor was tickled. Actually, many Judith Lieber’s bags tickle dievca’s fancy. This small tribute to Judith Lieber, who died this year at the age of 97, talks all about that – click here.
Does your submissive/ slave love to be restrained?
and to be chained?
Alexander Wang offers a way to show your ownership in a simple, clean and elegant way:
dievca has talked about this Alexander Wang Collection from the Accessories standpoint.
she has two pieces of her own:
she just thought other submissives, slaves, Masters and Sirs might be interested to know about the pieces.
Another elegant way to show your BDSM leanings.
dievca always has her eyes open for new dresses (at least new to her…) and she’s one who looks good in army green, mustard yellow, burnt orange, rust — Fall colors. (sigh, puke colors)
she ran into this Alexander McQueen Green Draped Goddess Mini Dress for McQ from Fall 2010.
A draped goddess style, but short. That’s not a worry – dievca is short.
It is a press sample Size 6
Bust 38″ Waist 26′ Hips 40″ Length 36″
Coming for the UK, its on offer for $300 and $14 shipping.
So, dievca’s question is…with that draping, is that going to be too much going on for a short, curvy, muscular body? Or is that going to look fabulous? dievca sees black or brown high heeled sandals for dress up or flat leather sandals for casual. Maybe even boots!
She does think it is an easier piece to wear than the Alexander Wang 2008 dress she picked up at at a Barney’s Warehouse sale years ago for $80 and hasn’t worn…
Honestly, both have a lot going on….maybe dievca should avoid both.
The first dress can be found at 1stDibs (click here), the 2nd is in dievca’s closet…
Named after a city in Greece?
A restaurant in Melbourne, Australia?
Or the maximum security prison in New York State…
With one of the worst pieces of American Racial History occurring in 1971 with the prisoner uprising and crushing control tactics. (NBC.com article with Heather Ann Thompson, Historian at the Univeristy of Michigan.)
dievca loves the chains and lock details. she loves the shapes offered by the pieces. she is intrigued by the thought that perhaps Alexander Wang is making a statement with every piece worn or carried.
What do you think?
Something for a submissive who is feeling her oats from winter…IT’S WARM TODAY!

A black backpack is a staple in dievca’s life. she rides her bike to work — her life is in that bag.
dievca could get the same backpack she has carried for two years, but she thinks it is going to peel again. Mueslii Black Puffer Backpack (first photo).
dievca is going with this black leather backpack (the leather is soft and lighter, no studs on the bottom adding extra weight)

Not dievca’s normal color choice.
she’s feeling a need to be strong and bold.
Red is the color of energy, passion and action.
Perfect for sticking out in a NYC sea of black.
Now, get out of dievca’s way…
dievca’s back slips out from an overuse injury unless she is terrifyingly vigilant. she has modified her handbag usage and has switched to backpacks for schlepping around the city. (Cross Body bags and Messengers are better than Tote Bags, but they put pressure on one shoulder more than the other.) With a backpack, dievca can be a “workhorse” and carry a lot of weight.
Still, the backpack is really beautiful. Right?
dievca doesn’t want to jump on them too desperately, but to move a mindset to a warmer state is divine.
A gentle dream with a soft coaxing might bring Our Lady Spring to the door earlier.
Do you think that she could be wooed with Givenchy or Alexander Wang?
