Looking like a Human – 2 options

In a past life of Athletics – dievca has been known to train in large t-shirts and shorts, cotton sweatpants, mismatched socks, etc.  The training was more important than the look.  That statement still holds true – but when you are no longer an adorable, in shape 20 something — you may look sad and sloppy in your 50s.  This is ok for home workouts – but dievca is finding that when she cleans up a bit, her workouts become more positive, and perhaps she isn’t scaring herself or anyone.
