Based in Beverly Hills, California, her lingerie found favor with the stars, and was featured in the TV series Green Acres, being worn by star Eva Gabor. In Italy, there’s an expression known as la bella figura, in which Italian natives not only dress to impress but also exhibit their brightest, best personalities when in the company of others. Libra transits help us achieve that kind of inner and outer beauty, making us feel like the fairest of them all.

And the Sun…
It’s hard to wear a dress when biking up to Master’s place,
but dievca is getting sick of practical athletic shorts and pants.
she did a little summer splurging on the MatchesFashion.com sales pages:
Should work out with the RE/done upcycled Levi’s denim mask:
dievca was looking to be inspired for Presentation Outfits: she ran into this video and it made her smile and think about options for Master. It seems like the most ‘ladylike’ outfits are from the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s and 1960s.
The 1910s are too covered and too involved for finding clothing pieces, the 1970s seem like novelty outfits – Disco-oriented, dievca lived the BIG HAIR era of the 1980s (she has a vintage Norma Kamali red satin dress…), the 1990s are back in style – now.
Ceil Chapman was an American fashion designer who worked in New York City from the 1940s to the 1960s. She was noted for creating glamorous cocktail and party dresses and for working with celebrity clients including television and movie actresses.

Come live with me and be my love,
And we will all the pleasures prove,
That Valleys, groves, hills, and fields,
Woods, or steepy mountain yields.
And we will sit upon the Rocks,
Seeing the Shepherds feed their flocks,
By shallow Rivers to whose falls
Melodious birds sing Madrigals.
And I will make thee beds of Roses
And a thousand fragrant posies,
A cap of flowers, and a kirtle
Embroidered all with leaves of Myrtle;
A gown made of the finest wool
Which from our pretty Lambs we pull;
Fair lined slippers for the cold,
With buckles of the purest gold;
A belt of straw and Ivy buds,
With Coral clasps and Amber studs:
And if these pleasures may thee move,
Come live with me, and be my love.
The Shepherds’ Swains shall dance and sing
For thy delight each May-morning:
If these delights thy mind may move,
Then live with me, and be my love.
1960’s Vibrant Sheer Silk Chiffon Swing Dress
This chic retro dress is a palette of citrus greens, hints of golden-yellow, with streaks of aqua blue and smoky brown bands.
The back side of the sleeveless bodice is designed with sweeping draped panel that accentuates the back silhouette.
The cinched waist flares into a subtle pleated design; transitions into a flouncy ruffled hemline that undulates with every step.
The dress is lined in muted green crepe.
