That statement still holds true – but when you are no longer an adorable, in shape 20 something — you may look sad and sloppy in your 50s. This is ok for home workouts – but dievca is finding that when she cleans up a bit, her workouts become more positive, and perhaps she isn’t scaring herself or anyone.

The PRIDE flag is constantly evolving – from the original 1978 RAINBOW which lost two colors because they were hard to dye at the time.
