It is a “right” that has become a “responsibility”.
This year, 2020, marks the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment, guaranteeing and protecting women’s constitutional right to vote. The passage marked the largest expansion of democracy in the history of the USA.

The next federal election will be Tuesday, November 3, 2020. It will include voting for president and vice-president, 1/3 of the Senate, and all of the House of Representatives. State and local races will also be on the ballot in many areas.

European friends want to talk about Trump, ask questions, analyze and they get irritated when dievca won’t engage…dievca is pretty much apolitical. dievca’s Dutch friend, who is very interested in Politics, came to stay with her and finally realized why dievca has shut down. Her friend turned the TV off after a while, too.
That said — if you want change, you need to be present and use the Rights that were fought for at the beginning of our Nation (and for Women – about 100 years ago)
So, dievca will fight her apathy and Vote.
