Absorb the sun until I sweat
Then I absorb more
Desperate to feel my needs met
Warmth invades my core

That’s the happy vitamin. I just saw a formula for determining the correct dose of D3. Multiply your weight by 25 and that is the amount of IUs per day. Most women suffer from low D.
